DFC INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT

Our introductory flight is the best way to experience the thrill of flight to see if learning to fly is right for you! We offer introductory flights throughout the entire year and we are open seven days per week from 8 am to 6 pm (minimum 16 years of age).
During the 30 minute flight (60 minutes total time start to finish), you will have the opportunity to sit in the pilot seat of a 2-seat Diamond DA20 training aircraft and take control to experience the thrill of flight for yourself! Once at a safe altitude over the city of London, your experienced flight instructor will guide you through how the controls of the aircraft work and how to use them in flight. You do not require a Transport Canada aviation medical for this introductory flight.
The introductory flight is considered a training flight by Transport Canada and, as such, can be logged in your pilot training record and personal pilot logbook - you are well on your way to becoming a pilot!
